Manual included. The game disc has very minimal, small, very shallow scaratches and the center of the disc has a microscopic crack that you can barely see and I doubt will get worse unless you are rough with the disc. See photos.
The manual has one ex-rental sticker on the front and some permanent marker as well from the rental store.
