Brand new! The cardboard box itself is open but never had a seal on it from factory. I only opened it for the photographs provided in this listing prove that the game and other included items are sealed inside of the box as they originally came from factory.
PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS BEFORE PURCHASING THIS ITEM! Everything is in great, brand new condition inside but the outer box has some very minor wear here and there, the most notable is a dent in the corner (see photos for close up), but even that I didn’t even notice until I started taking photos. Theres honestly not really any notable damage at all but I thought I’d mention it in save you want a totally 100% pristine outer box.
